Head of Investor Relations, VIDA Vision Fund II

VIDA Vision Fund is growing fast. Our first fund backed five category-defining companies: SpaceX, xAI, Figure AI, Lightmatter and Polymarket. Fund II, focused on AI and robotics, has already made its first investment in Zipline. We back the companies building the next decade, and we're looking for a Head of Investor Relations to help us build a $1B platform.

This is not a back-office IR seat. You'll be a core member of a small, high-conviction team, working directly with the Founder on every LP relationship, with a clear path to partnership.

What you'll do

• Lead capital raising for Fund II and future vehicles, across family offices, RIAs, endowments, foundations, pensions and other institutional LPs
• Own the LP pipeline end to end, from sourcing and first meetings through due diligence and close
• Build and run world-class LP communications: quarterly letters, annual meetings, data rooms and portfolio updates
• Partner with our fund administrator, auditor and legal counsel on reporting and LP onboarding
• Represent VIDA at conferences, LP events and portfolio company visits
• Help shape the strategy for scaling VIDA's fund platform

What you bring

• 5+ years in investor relations, capital formation or fundraising at a VC, growth equity, PE or hedge fund (or a placement agent)
• A proven record of raising institutional and family office capital, with relationships you can bring
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, plus the polish to sit across from a CIO
• An entrepreneurial, builder mindset. You want to help build a firm, not just join one.
• A genuine passion for AI, robotics, space and frontier technology

Compensation and upside

• Base salary: $180,000–$250,000
• Performance bonus tied to capital raised
• Carried interest participation
