Role DescriptionThe Fund Operations Analyst will play a key role in managing the operational and administrative aspects of the fund. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting investor onboarding, investor communication, ensuring compliance and regulatory filings, handling the documentation, assisting the investment team with data management and reporting, and streamlining fund operations processes. They may also contribute to portfolio management activities and gain exposure to the energy transition and climate-tech landscape. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in fund demat accounting, reporting, and data analysis
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to venture capital
• Project management and operations management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Interest in sustainability, climate-tech, and the energy transition sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools and data analysis software
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field
