We are a Los Angeles-based pre-seed venture capital fund investing in early commercial, revenue-generating deep-tech founders. Our focus includes Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Quantum, IoT, and Web3. We back diverse founders and aim to help promising innovators and trailblazers bring their work into view through early-stage investment and strategic guidance.

Alongside investing, we run the Deep Tech Lab, an eight-week bootcamp for founders, and share venture, business, and technology insights through our publications and resources. Our mission is to help early commercial deep-tech innovators thrive and to contribute to a broader ecosystem where diverse founders can build impactful technology companies. Trailyn VC is led by Barbara Bickham, whose experience includes technology, entrepreneurship, fundraising, venture capital, and private equity.
