The role offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced venture capital fund and the chance to play a key part in shaping both the employee experience and the efficiency of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Organise company events, team activities, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure a well-functioning, efficient, and positive workplace environment.
  • Handle basic finance/admin tasks such as expense tracking, invoices, and office budgets.
  • Ad hoc tasks: Provide executive assistance as needed, including scheduling, travel and meeting coordination, document preparation, and support for investor relations and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, office management, or executive support (experience in a fast-paced or startup/VC environment is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a lean, dynamic team.
