The Opportunity

We are looking for a Communications Analyst to join our Corporate Development team in Singapore. Working closely with our Corporate Development, Marketing, Investment and Operations teams, you’ll support stakeholder relationships and internal and external projects, while contributing to and maintaining communications across our funds.

What You’ll Do

Internal Communications

• Internal engagement: Work with our HR partner to support communications with prospective candidates and existing employees. Maintain accurate records across internal functions, including human resources and operations, while ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
• Team and people initiatives: Strengthen internal communication by coordinating across teams and individuals. Lead team activities, learning initiatives and review cycles, while driving clear and consistent communication.
• Administration and policy development: Help consolidate and refine policies and documentation, respond to routine queries, and handle sensitive information relating to the company, founders and employees with discretion.

External Communications

• Cross-functional projects: Support strategic initiatives and strengthen internal processes across teams covering research, marketing, investor relations and HR, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Partnerships and engagement: Assist with investor meetings, ecosystem events and corporate initiatives to strengthen relationships across stakeholder groups.
• Fund-level communications: Contribute to investor presentations, updates and fundraising materials; maintain investor records; and coordinate meetings, information requests and follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate with a degree in Business, Communications or a related field from a leading university
• Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A strong interest in or experience within venture capital, private equity, technology or entrepreneurship
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
