Description
We’re an early-stage stealth cybersecurity startup backed by top tier investors. As we scale our go-to-market engine, we’re looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to build the foundational systems that will power our global sales organization.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founding team. You'll be at the forefront of introducing a completely new category of technology to leading enterprises, and you'll be a core part of shaping our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & Optimize the GTM Tech Stack: Architect and manage our sales technology stack (CRM, sales engagement tools, intelligence platforms) from the ground up, ensuring seamless data flow and high adoption.
- Process Optimization: Design, document, and refine our end-to-end sales processes to eliminate friction for our Business Development and Account teams.
- Data Integrity & Analytics: Establish "one source of truth" for all sales data. You will create the reporting frameworks and KPIs (pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity) that provide the founding team with actionable insights.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure the sales team has the right tools, playbooks, and training to articulate Fig’s unique "Security Data Lineage" value proposition.
- Forecasting & Strategy: Lead the sales forecasting process and provide data-backed recommendations on territory planning, quota setting, and resource allocation.
- Strategic Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between Sales and Finance/Product, translating field data into strategic insights that influence our business roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or RevOps, ideally within the cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS industry.
- CRM Mastery: Deep expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot (architecting workflows, custom objects, and complex reporting).
- Analytical Rigor: You don't just report numbers; you turn data into clear insights that show exactly how our sales performance impacts the business.
- The "Builder" Mentality: You thrive in the ambiguity of a stealth-stage startup and enjoy creating systems where none existed before.
- Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of the cybersecurity market and the ability to grasp technical concepts like SIEM, SOAR, and data pipelines
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with a deeply technical founding team and translate operational needs into business outcomes.
- Fluent English.
If you're passionate about shaping the future of cybersecurity and building deep connections across the global enterprise landscape, we’d love to hear from you.
