The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex-Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, private equity, and even an Olympic athlete).
As a QA engineer, you will take part in ensuring the overall quality of our product, through manual testing, allowing us to deliver a high-quality product to our customers at a fast pace. You will also become a source of deep knowledge of the product and work alongside our R&D team.
What are you responsible for?
- Organize all data and validation sets for software testing.
- Perform manual Quality Assurance (QA) testing on the software.
- Test and verify new features, documenting any issues encountered.
- Guide the software transition from development to implementation.
- Relay client feedback to Research & Development (R&D) and management teams.
- Assist in the introduction of new products and upgrades.
- Document and address user-reported issues.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (expected to complete final year of studies or have at least one year remaining).
- Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience with QA methodology, processes, and tools is advantageous.
