Key Responsibilities
You will be an active member of the investment team - researching novel areas of investment, sourcing investment opportunities, building & working your network of deal-sourcing and being deeply involved in investment decisions. We highly value initiative, curiosity, thesis-driven investing and the willingness to engage in vigorous debate.
Investment
Source for high-potential founders and investment opportunities in the Web3 space and be the first cheque to support them.
Lead diligence - analysing return potential, team capability, tech, PMF and community.
Successfully structure and execute deals (equity, tokens, lead / co-lead / follow-on).
Write internal memos and present the case to the investment committee.
Portfolio Support
Support our portfolio companies by advising on strategy, fundraising, GTM, and scaling.
Open doors through your network of investors, builders, and communities.
Help founders navigate cycles, challenges and grow sustainably.
Thought Leadership
Research & stay ahead of novel areas of investment (stablecoins, DeFi, RWA tokenization, novel applications, Crypto x AI among others) and share insights through reports, threads, and panels.
Strengthen the firm’s - and your own - brand through visible, credible thought leadership.
Be an active presence in Web3, from CT to major conferences globally.
Qualifications and Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in investing or operating in Web3.
Excellent network for deal-sourcing and discovering promising founders.
Passionate about startups and keen to hunt for the next unicorn.
Strong technical understanding of blockchain and emerging technical advancements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
