Role Description
Position: VC Intern Type: Part-time, Hybrid (Hong Kong SAR + Shenzhen) Overview: Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end venture building, supporting the team across investment sourcing, portfolio development, and LP communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence: Map startup ecosystems, track trends, and research physical AI/robotics. Deal Support: Draft investment memos, assist with due diligence. IR & Fundraising: Help draft LP updates and maintain fundraising data rooms. Operations: Maintain deal databases and participate in founder meetings.
Qualifications
Domain Interest: Foundational knowledge of, or strong curiosity about, physical AI and robotics. Financial Basics: Basic understanding of unit economics and startup metrics. LP Communication: Strong written and design skills to draft clear LP reports Discretion & Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and high professionalism when handling confidential data. Mindset & Background: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and pursuing/completed a degree in Engineering, CS, Finance, Business, or Communications. Languages: English & Chinese
