PR & Investment Analyst Intern

About Sparks Physical AI Ventures

Sparks Physical AI Ventures is an operator-led venture builder and investment firm focused on companies bringing intelligence into the physical world—robotics, autonomous systems, intelligent hardware and advanced manufacturing.

We work closely with founders from the earliest stages of company building through product development, fundraising, commercialization and global expansion. Our approach combines three elements: Brain—intelligence and AI systems; Body—hardware, engineering and manufacturing; and Soul—the product experience, story and human reason a technology deserves to exist.

The Role

We are looking for someone sharp, curious and genuinely good with people.

You will work closely with the fund partners across communications, investment research, relationship management and public positioning. One day you may be preparing materials for an important investor conversation; the next, researching a robotics company, shaping a founder announcement or turning a complicated idea into a clear and compelling piece of writing.

This is not a narrow internship. You will be trusted with real work, real relationships and real responsibility.

What You’ll Do

* Draft investor updates, presentations, briefing notes and partner communications

* Support conversations and follow-ups with investors, founders and strategic partners

* Research companies, markets and emerging themes across physical AI

* Help shape Sparks’ voice across LinkedIn, X, media and public events

* Turn technical, financial and strategic information into clear stories

* Use AI tools intelligently to improve research, writing and execution

* Help the partners stay prepared, organized and one step ahead

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

* An excellent writer and confident communicator

* Personable, thoughtful and comfortable speaking with senior people

* Interested in venture capital, technology and company building

* Naturally curious about robotics, AI and the physical world

* Capable of working independently without becoming invisible

* Serious about the quality of your work, but not overly serious about yourself

* Comfortable using modern AI tools for research, analysis and communication

We care more about judgment, character and clarity of thought than polished corporate language.

How to Apply

Please submit:

1. Your CV

2. A short note explaining why this role genuinely interests you

3. A 300-word analysis of one physical AI company you believe is either underestimated or overhyped

4. A draft LinkedIn post announcing a fictional Sparks investment in that company

5. A two-minute video introducing yourself and explaining something you find genuinely interesting

Please do not send a generic cover letter. We want to understand how you think, communicate and show up as a person.
