What makes this different from other PE/VC Internships?
The Investment Internship at Sofina is designed to immerse you in the full spectrum of the investment process. You will become a vital member of our investment team, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to build a strong foundation by benefiting from direct mentorship by seasoned professionals. You will:
work on live deals, not side projects. Interns sit in on deal discussions, build models that inform real investment decisions, and contribute to memos that go to our global investment committee.
be exposed to a dual lens on private markets. We invest directly in growth-stage companies and are LPs in top-tier PE/VC funds globally — so you'll see how both sides of the ecosystem think and operate.
