Key Responsibilities
- Startup Sourcing – Identify early-stage founders building in AI, health, climate, frontier markets, or infra.
- Founder Engagement – Reach out, build rapport, and qualify mission-aligned startups.
- Thesis-Driven Discovery – Stay sharp on emerging markets, models, and technical edge.
- Internal Collaboration – Share insights and help refine Shinaji’s evolving investment strategy.
- Dealflow Tracking – Maintain and manage a lightweight sourcing pipeline.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about early-stage startups and AI
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently
- Curious, analytical, and tuned into tech trends
- Great at cold outreach and warm introductions alike
- Bonus: prior experience in venture, startups, or communities like On Deck, Dorm Room Fund, or university accelerators
