About the Role
As a key contributor to venture development and accelerator operations, you will master venture capital processes, startup acceleration, and innovation management. This immersive 12-month programme offers deep exposure to strategic investment evaluation, direct startup mentorship, and hands-on programme management. The role requires periodic travel to Los Angeles, California.

You will develop the tactical expertise and critical thinking necessary for success in the VC and startup sectors. Upon completion, graduates will be well-positioned for roles in venture capital, corporate innovation, or entrepreneurship.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with venture and accelerator teams on due diligence, business plan reviews, and strategic investment evaluations
Provide startups with end-to-end support ranging from strategic advisory to administrative assistance
Brief leadership and accelerator teams on business plans, equity investments, and project statuses
Provide logistical support and oversee key projects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget while overcoming execution obstacles
Facilitate effective communication and prepare reports, presentations, and essential materials for stakeholder
Identify efficiencies, remove operational bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation
Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain streamlined internal operations
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents meeting one of the following tracks:
Technical/Clinical Expertise Track: Advanced degree (Masters, PhD, MD, MBBS) in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience and a commitment to becoming a C-level executive or founder of a biomedtech spinoff.
Industry Experience Track: 8-10 years of proven experience in successful biomedtech companies, startups, or as a serial entrepreneur within the sector.
Leadership Experience Track: Over 10 years of senior leadership in corporate environments (e.g., consultancy, finance, BD, marketing) or as a serial entrepreneur. Experience mentoring startups is preferred.
Desired Experience
Previous exposure to startups, venture capital, or innovation ecosystems
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities through project management experience or coursework
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in professional or academic settings
Strong interest in entrepreneurship and emerging MedTech, Digital Health, and BioTech technologies
