Proven track record in senior operational leadership (7+ years), preferred within venture capital, private equity, or scaled startups from their early stages to growth stages.
Strong ability to design and implement governance frameworks, operational policies, and compliance structures.
Expertise in scaling organizations, including team building, partner role definition, and cross-functional coordination.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, capital allocation, and resource optimization.
Financial & Analytical Acumen
Deep understanding of financial modeling, burn rate management, and capital efficiency.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance monitoring.
Ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable operational strategies.
Familiarity with investment structures, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
Operational Excellence
Skilled in process optimization, workflow automation, and operational discipline.
Experience with licensing, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across GCC markets (Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia preferred).
Strong background in vendor management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder relations.
Ability to implement scalable systems for HR, finance, and project management.

Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of preparing investor-ready reports, bios, and presentations.

Technical & Market Awareness
