RUNI Ventures

RUNI Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund affiliated with Reichman University in Israel. Initiated in 2023 by Dr. Yossi Maaravi, the fund invests in exceptional Israeli founders at the pre-seed and seed stages, including founders who are not Reichman University alumni. It is sector agnostic, backing technology companies across industries, with sources also identifying enterprise software, data, and AI as areas of focus. The fund combines initial capital with access to the university’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and Israel’s technology community.

RUNI Ventures aims to give founders more than funding. Its network includes university alumni, experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders, while its stated resources include domain expertise, talent connections, events and community, and facilities. Its Venture Fellows - among them exited founders, unicorn founders, venture capital partners, and investors - share deal flow, co-invest, and support portfolio companies with expertise and networks. RUNI Ventures also operates the RUNI Founders Club, a community for founders of active Israeli startups.
