Rouge Ventures is the venture capital arm of Rouge International, a firm established in 2009 that focuses on venture capital optimisation and funding for corporations globally. With a 17-year track record, the group has served over 1,000 corporations across APAC, China and other international markets. Its core operational focus is on the agricultural technology sector.
The firm provides two main services for AgTech companies. The AgTech Expansion Service offers a guaranteed entry pathway into the Thai market for other VCs, designed to mitigate execution risk through secured farm adoption, government clearance and turnkey local execution. The AgTech Accelerator provides real-world validation for startups on an 86,000 square metre rice farmland in Thailand, aimed at helping ventures prove traction to raise capital.
Rouge Ventures also operates a charitable platform dedicated to animal welfare. The firm notes that it embraces global diversity in its hiring practices.
