Venture Fellow (Part-Time, Unpaid) RDF Ventures is seeking a Venture Fellow to work directly with the General Partner on startup sourcing, investment diligence, portfolio support, and fund operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for aspiring investors, founders, operators, and students looking to gain real experience inside an early-stage emerging venture capital fund actively deploying.
What you’ll do * Evaluate startups and conduct investment research * Participate in founder and portfolio company meetings * Assist with investment memos and due diligence * Source startups and support deal flow management * Support LP research and fundraising initiatives * Work with accelerator-affiliated startup pipelines * Help analyze market, portfolio, and fund data * Ability to propose your own focus areas
