 RAYH Innovations is a corporate venture builder in Riyadh. We partner with established Saudi companies to design, validate, build and launch new ventures alongside their core business. We work in short cycles with clear decision points, and every recommendation must rest on evidence.

The role

 You will find the facts, run the numbers, talk to customers and turn it all into clear material that leadership and partners can act on. You will work across several ventures and industries at once, so you will learn fast.

What you will do

• Test venture ideas with real customers before anything is built
• Research markets, competitors and customers, and size markets.
• Run customer interviews and surveys, and summarize the findings
• Build financial models, unit economics and business cases
• Prepare memos, decks, proposals and meeting notes in English and Arabic
• Support validation sprints and prepare the material for go/no-go decisions
• Track venture KPIs and keep work visible and up to date
• Work with partner teams to collect data and move work forward

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or a related field
• Saudi Citizen Only
• 1 to 3 years of experience, or an exceptional fresh graduate
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Clear writing and presentation skills in English and Arabic
• Structured thinking: you can break a vague question into parts you can answer
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast cycles and changing priorities
• Ownership: you finish what you start and flag risks early

Strong plus

• Experience in consulting, venture capital, a startup or corporate strategy
• Exposure to customer discovery or product validation
