Randon Ventures is the corporate venture and startup acceleration initiative of Randoncorp, established in 2021 and operating from Brazil. It invests in and co-invests in startups that have a ready product and a dedicated team, with an investment thesis tied to problems connected to Randoncorp's businesses - principally mobility, logistics, finance, industrial digitalization and automotive markets. The firm recorded eight investment moves in its first two years of operations as of 2023.

Notable transaction activity includes leading a BRL 7 million round in Money Money Invest in 2023. Portfolio representation spans logistics, industrial IoT, digital insurance, financial services and fleet support.
