About Quona Capital
Quona Capital is a venture capital firm investing in fintech companies that expand access to financial services in emerging markets. Our portfolio companies use technology to deliver affordable, accessible financial products to underserved consumers and small businesses across Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Since inception, Quona has built a global portfolio of high-growth companies advancing financial inclusion and financial innovation. The firm manages capital provided by leading global institutional investors who share the belief that expanding financial access can drive both meaningful impact and attractive long-term investment outcomes.
Quona now seeks a Director of Finance & Operations to guide the financial and operational infrastructure that supports our funds, investments, and investor relationships.
Role Overview
The Director of Finance & Operations oversees the firm’s accounting, fund finance, and key related operational functions across Quona’s funds and corporate management entities. Reporting to the COO, this individual plays a central role in ensuring that the firm maintains best-in-class financial management, investor reporting, and operational processes as it continues to scale.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited to someone who combines venture capital or fund finance experience with the mindset of a builder — someone energized by improving systems, strengthening processes, and supporting a complex cross-border investment platform while keeping the broader strategic context and long-term objectives in focus.
The Director will work closely with the firm’s Managing Partners, Investment Partners and global team, serving as a trusted operational and financial partner across a wide range of activities.
