WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We are actively seeking a Junior Corporate Partnerships Associate to focus on expanding our sales pipeline and growing our global customer portfolio. Junior Corporate Partnerships Associates must be personable, professional, and have good sales instincts. The ideal candidate will love making connections, conversing, and selling.



HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Execute business development and corporate market research programs to identify and evaluate potential corporate partners.

  • Research new prospects through various channels (web, LinkedIn, etc)

  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle

  • Create and prioritize target account and contact list

  • Stay informed and engaged with industry developments and the broader innovation ecosystem.

  • Support in developing and delivering presentations and proposals for prospects highlighting the advantages, features, and functions of Plug and Play.

  • Utilize company selling tools including documentation of plans and interactions

  • Analyze results and creatively consider new approaches that could improve effectiveness

  • Be interested and informed about industry developments and the innovation ecosystem

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field. 

  • 1+ years corporate sales and outbound experience (B2B)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM ( Salesforce preferred ) , professional social networks

  • Highly motivated entrepreneurial mindset and roll-up- the-sleeves attitude

  • Passionate about technology, business, and winning

  • Team player and with self-initiative.

  • Positive and open mindset, energetic, strong willingness to learn and improve.

  • Analytical character with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
