PI Impact is a family-owned impact investment company. We focus on providing the crucial growth capital that ventures need during their Seed–Series A phase, both via VC funds and direct investments. Purposely doing good | PI Impact
PI Impact started investing sector-agnostic and more recently decided to focus its direct investment strategy on making the Built Environment more sustainable. Real estate is the world’s largest asset class and is growing rapidly, while at the same time it is among the least digitalized and one of the most carbon-intensive industries – an interesting case for VC investing. The focus on the Built Environment aligns well with the broader mission of the ProDelta Group. ProDelta consists of PI Impact, ProDelta Real Estate, and Hovago Cranes. Building on ProDelta’s 80-year legacy of entrepreneurship, spotting and seizing opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships, PI Impact carries this heritage forward by deploying capital to drive purposeful change. Our VC fund strategy has a broader focus on climate themes and specifically also focuses on educational tech. The latter originates from the company’s foundational belief in people empowerment.
