We’re looking for our next Technical Entrepreneur in Residence: a world-class full-stack builder who wants to go all-in on creating a new company.

Phira Ventures is a Lisbon and New York–based venture studio. We don’t just write checks; we co-build.
We are a home for ambitious learners. We don't care about your "years of experience" or the logos on your CV. We recently hired someone straight out of high school - because they had already built something extraordinary outside of the classroom. They had the drive to see a gap and fill it.
If you have that same itch to build, we want to give you the resources to do it at scale.
The Opportunity
This is a founder-track path. You aren't just an employee; you are the technical architect of a future venture.
Solve Real Problems: We build software that delivers tangible value. AI is a core part of our stack because it allows us to build faster and smarter, but we aren't chasing "AI hype." We use it where it improves the product.
Your Idea or Ours: Bring a concept you’re burning to build, or dive into one of our validated software concepts.
The Team: You won’t build in a vacuum. We’ll pair you with a co-founder focused on product and GTM, while you own the technical side of the business.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For: Proof of Craft
We have one non-negotiable requirement: You must have a project to show for. It doesn't need to be a commercial success. It could be an app, a complex automation script, an open-source library, or a hardware hack. Show us that you can build yourself, and that you have the drive to do it again.

Your Role
Validate via Code: Turn a concept into a "v0" product in weeks or even days. Get it into users' hands, listen to the feedback, and iterate.
Own the Technical Direction: Choose the right tools for the job. Move fast, but build a foundation that won't paint us into a corner.
Scale the Culture: As the venture gains traction, you’ll help hire the engineering team and set the standard for how we build.
