Capgemini Ventures (CGV) was set-up in October 2018 as part of Capgemini’s strategic agenda to be a Leader for Leaders in the NEW. CGV’s purpose is to enrich client offerings by establishing partnership with innovative startups to for utmost business impact. The scope of the position will cover the three following CGV pillars Strategic Collaboration & Investments: Support Offer/Sector teams to partner with selected startups as part of their global partners' ecosystem. Our CVC fund adds an investment capability which is fully part of the VC/CVC industry for leverage market intelligence Startup Catalyst Operations: Deliver a catalog of services to help global & local teams identify, assess, and collaborate with innovative startups, using a continuous Startup ecosystem management approach Business Ventures: Qualify and engineer E-ventures (ecosystem ventures) with an equity component targeting the co-creation of value in the new with clients and/or partners

Quoi de plus naturel qu’un fonds d’investissement régional pour contribuer au dynamisme de son territoire ? Impensable au moment de sa création, Normandie Participations a réalisé une centaine d’opérations sur son territoire et consolidé plus de 10.000 emplois grâce à son intervention. Une équipe de 10 passionnés œuvre chaque jour à accompagner avec succès des dirigeants dans leurs projets de développement. Normandie Participations est un fonds de co-investissement doté initialement de 100 M€, 100 % région. Celle-ci a pu mobiliser près de 7 millions d’euros de FEDER sur le Programme Opérationnel Calvados Manche Orne pour les phases de création/transmission et de développement d’entreprises et plus de 4 millions d’euros de FEDER sur le Programme Opérationnel Eure et Seine-Maritime, sur le volet du développement d’entreprises. Grâce à la création et au déploiement de nombreux instruments financiers complémentaires, Normandie Participations gère plus de 200 M€. Il intervient auprès des entreprises situées sur le territoire normand, de tous secteurs d’activité et à tous stades de maturité (amorçage/ innovation, développement, transmission/reprise). Les objectifs Normandie Participations a vocation à répondre à trois enjeux déterminants pour l’économie normande : Faire croître la taille de ses entreprises (les TPE en PME, les PME en ETI), facteur clef de succès en matière de création de valeur et d’emplois, de capacités à innover et à exporter. Assurer le maintien des centres de décision sur le territoire particulièrement en matière de reprise surtout pour les entreprises industrielles. Renforcer sa spécialisation sur les secteurs stratégiques innovants, facteur clef de succès en matière de compétition nationale entre régions, de compétition internationale, et d’attractivité (des entreprises et des talents). Un fonds pas comme les autres, mais avec les autres Des valeurs proches des porteurs de projet Fonds patient, bienveillant et exigeant. Investisseur de long terme aux critères d’investissement élargis. Capable de réorienter positivement les porteurs de projets en cas de non-intervention. Une réactivité jamais démentie Capacité à se positionner rapidement sur des lettres d’intention afin de cristalliser les recherches de fonds en amenant l’écosystème du financement à se prononcer plus rapidement. Un suivi novateur, un investissement lourd dans la réussite des projets financés Financement de l’injection de talents complémentaires dans les entreprises. Mobilisation de moyens sur la gouvernance des entreprises (administrateurs indépendants par exemple). Capable de faire jouer un réseau d’experts et d’accélérateurs d’affaires pour le bien des entreprises accompagnées. Un rôle moteur dans la mobilisation de l’écosystème financier autour des porteurs de projet Normandie Participations : comment ça marche ? Normandie Participations vient compléter « la palette » du financement existante sur le territoire. Cet outil a pour vocation de pérenniser les entreprises sur le territoire normand et de leur permettre de se développer en créant des emplois et de la valeur : En renforçant les fonds propres et quasi fonds propres des sociétés ayant leur siège social ou un établissement en région Normandie (ticket d’intervention minimum de 150 000 €). En accompagnant le(s) dirigeant(s) sur toute la durée de notre intervention. Le co-investissement et le pari passu c’est quoi ? Normandie Participations se doit de respecter la réglementation de la Commission concernant les Lignes Directrices relatives aux aides d’État visant à promouvoir les investissements en faveur du financement des risques (2014/C 19/04). Sa création s’appuie notamment sur les dispositions de l’article 2.1 relatif au critère de l’opérateur en économie de marché et sur l’application du principe du pari-passu défini dans ces mêmes lignes directrices. Le fonds ne peut intervenir seul au capital d’une entreprise et ne le fera qu’avec un co-investisseur identifié. Lors d’une première intervention au capital, Normandie Participations se doit d’intervenir avec un «nouveau co-investisseur» indépendant, (c’est-à-dire avec un co-investisseur qui n’était pas présent au capital précédemment), privé et avisé. Un investissement est considéré comme pari-passu : Lorsqu’il est réalisé aux mêmes conditions par des investisseurs publics et des investisseurs privés (mêmes conditions de rémunération, niveaux de risques et de subordination, modalités d’entrée et de sortie des investissements), Lorsque les deux catégories d’opérateurs interviennent simultanément et lorsque l’intervention de l’investisseur privé revêt une importance économique réelle. Investment Criteria We make minority investments ($0.5M-10M check sizes) in B2B product and services companies with at least $0.5M in annual recurring revenue.
