NOON Ventures

NOON Ventures is an early-stage deeptech venture fund founded in 2020 and based in Copenhagen, Denmark. It invests in technologies with potential to address climate and environmental challenges, with partner expertise spanning advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, technology and energy, and biosolutions. The fund describes its role as an active co-developer alongside founders rather than a passive source of capital, backing proven technologies and working to turn them into lasting businesses.

Portfolio construction is deliberately concentrated. NOON Ventures invests in a select number of companies in order to commit substantial time and resources to each partnership, providing operational and industry expertise, tailored strategic guidance, and access to a global network of specialists.
