We are Nevada’s statewide startup accelerator & incubator. At 37 Angels, we are committed to: Education: Our goal is to shed light on the black box of startup investing for investors and founders through education. Transparency: 37 Angels has a process that’s built around clear and open communication for both founders and funders. Empathy: Many of our members are former entrepreneurs who understand the highs and lows of business-building. At 37 Angels, our mission is to reduce the gender gap in angel investing. We achieve this primarily through education. Our approach to learning is collaborative, as we encourage and expect that all members participate in conducting diligence and sharing their expertise with each other. OUR BOOTCAMP Most members will begin their membership with our angel investing bootcamp, a rigorous program taught by our founder who is a professor of venture capital at Columbia Business School. Our bootcamps are experiential in nature - participants immediately put the learning to practice by conducting diligence on a real startup under the mentorship of our team and seasoned angel investors. CONTINUED LEARNING The learning continues through a variety of workshops on topics ranging from cap table math to industry deep dives. These workshops are led by industry professionals, seasoned angel investors (many of which are also mentors for our network) and subject matter experts. We create a safe place to keep learning, asking questions, and honing your startup investing skills. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT We are committed to supporting our members in furthering their careers through professional development opportunities and access to our network of accomplished members. Opportunities to serve on advisory boards, panels, or competition judges are often made available to our network. We also deepen our sense of community through our networking events such as supper clubs and happy hours.

Finding outstanding talent Find young, talented aspiring entrepreneurs who are very driven and would love to run their own business but have no good business ideas, access to capital or talent or a co-founder team. We will provide ideas (we have plenty!), capital, co-founders and an infrastructure to get a venture off the ground fast. We provide plenty of training, mentoring and an access to a network. Investing in smart founders We invest in founders who already have a concept or even an existing startup but need both capital and some targeted support. E.g. in marketing, finance, legal, supply chain, software & design, product development, recruitment, international expansion or general strategy. Here we would seek to be most helpful investors on a startup's cap table. Incubate bold ideas ‍We completely incubate a venture ourselves. In some cases, we will have enough team capacity to build a business from scratch without finding a founder. We have many oven-ready ideas and have developed a lean and fast go to market strategy. Mila Ventures operates within Mila, a prestigious AI research institute based in Montréal, founded by Yoshua Bengio, one of the godfathers of modern artificial intelligence and a pioneer of deep learning.
