Vertex Growth Fund is dedicated to partnering with exceptional entrepreneurs and promising companies on the cusp of growth. We provide the expansion capital to realize the companies’ vision of creating a category champion that is enduring and transformational. While accelerators and incubators help early-stage start-ups, but Growth-Stage startups seldom get structural mentorship and support. Hence, only 2% of the Indian startups are able to go beyond Series-B funding. Targeting India-focused startups, Physis Capital aims to craft growth stories from seed to success by bridging this gap and improving the success rate of the Growth-Stage startups through an integrated ecosystem consisting of technical, operational, and strategic mentorship along with funding. The managers of Physis Capital have built strong processes and delivered stronger results at Inflection Point Ventures, which in close to 4 years has become India’s largest CXO driven Angel Investing Platform. Through exceptional upfront due diligence and strong post investment support, they have been able to keep the failure rate exceptionally low and at the same time already have 1 unicorn and many soonicorns in its portfolio. They now plan to take forward the same investing philosophy as they try to repeat their performance for investors of Physis Capital.
