Key responsibilities
- Develop forecasting and performance management systems including budgeting and scenario analyses
- Create performance insights across product groups (PE, VC, Private Credit) tracking revenue, margins, and costs
- Collaborate with the CFO and management team as a strategic sparring partner
- Build dashboards and analyses using Excel and Power BI
- Support M&A activities through acquisition analysis and integration
- Contribute to regulatory reporting under frameworks like AIFMD
- Analyze P&L, cashflow, and working capital dynamics
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5-7+ years in FP&A, business control, or performance management
- Advanced Excel proficiency and reporting expertise
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
- Experience with forecasting and commercial management
- Comfort in dynamic, fast-growth environments
- Proactive ownership mentality and excellent communication skills
- Preferably: familiarity with regulated environments
