Magical

Magical is a private investment fund and accelerator based in Santiago, Chile, founded in 2013. The firm invests in and supports founders building technology businesses that address challenges across Latin America, with activity spanning early-stage venture investment and startup acceleration.

Its investment arm operates at Seed stage; Magical Fund II is the second fund dedicated to Seed-stage Latin American startups. Alongside capital, the firm runs a structured Acceleration Program of six months' duration, built around a tailored strategic diagnosis and action plan covering product-market fit, go-to-market strategy and business sustainability.

Support for portfolio founders extends beyond the programme itself. Founders in the Magical community have access to Magical Learning, a dedicated learning programme, as well as one-to-one sessions with experts and a network of companies, investors, mentors and partners. The operating model is hands-on: the firm pairs investment with applied, individualised support rather than a standardised curriculum.

Magical's mandate is regional. From its Santiago base, the firm targets technology startups serving Latin American markets, a region where early-stage capital and operational support remain comparatively thin relative to the size of the problems founders are addressing.
