Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Growth & Community Manager. After a 3-month contract period with excellent performance, we intend to hire the individual as a Full-Time team member. Growth & Community Managers at LvlUp Ventures go well beyond simply screening deals and conducting diligence. You will be tasked to hep lead and scale our online presence, marketing, communities, and ecosystem. We value creativity, hunger, operational know-how, marketing expertise, and passion for the startup ecosystem. The candidate will also develop relationships with entrepreneurs, manage stakeholder engagement, and assist in the creation of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Creative thinker with an exceptional ability to execute/operate.
Experience in VC, startups, or program management.
Ability to evaluate business models and market opportunities
Experience in stakeholder relationship management and professional communication
Understanding of venture capital financing and familiarity with startup ecosystems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
