Look AI Ventures

Look AI Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund based in Prague, launched in the fourth quarter of 2022. It invests globally in AI startups and restricts its mandate to that category: the fund targets companies addressing large markets with solutions that are fundamentally AI-driven. The firm describes itself as the first investment fund in the Czech Republic focused exclusively on AI startups worldwide.

The investment process is built around AI-specific qualification and evaluation. Scouting and initial qualification of startups are carried out with AI-specific criteria, and due diligence accounts for the technical dependencies particular to AI products. An in-house deep-tech capability supports technical due diligence and provides ongoing assistance with product development after investment, alongside connections across the AI startup ecosystem and a network of venture capital partners. Operational processes are led by Look AI Investments, a subsidiary of Look AI Ventures.

The fund is structured for qualified investors. Beyond capital, the firm positions its contribution as informed evaluation, technical insight, and ecosystem introductions, with a stated mission of supporting the growth of early-stage AI companies. Its geographic remit is global from a Prague base, and its sector focus spans artificial intelligence, deep tech, and AI-driven product development.
