Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution for active growth-stage hardware deals across Long100's core verticals
- Proactive sourcing via founder network, co-investor referrals, and outbound
- Represent Long100 at industry summits and conferences
- Lead financial, technical, commercial, cap table, and supply-chain diligence
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and Investment Memos for IC
- Apply agentic AI tools to accelerate deal evaluation workflows
Qualifications
- 2–5 years relevant experience; prior Silicon Valley or Austin VC experience required
- Track record sourcing/evaluating hardware, deep-tech, or physical AI investments
- Domain familiarity with UXV, SpaceTech, robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced manufacturing
- US Citizenship required
