The group's technical remit spans power and energy infrastructure, land and real assets for compute, connectivity, sovereign AI infrastructure and contracted compute. LIAN concentrates this activity where compute capacity and its supporting infrastructure are scarce. Organised as a holding company with a central support team, it takes an active role through governance, financing and long-term value creation while retaining strategic ownership as platforms scale.
LIAN's intelligence infrastructure portfolio comprises three independent businesses: Anan, Polar and Lume, each working across sovereign AI infrastructure and contracted compute. Each operates with its own management responsible for day-to-day operations, supported by the group's central team. LIAN builds these platforms to institutional standards from their earliest stages.
