- Beyond funding we contribute our extensive experience and unique business network to the benefit of our portfolio companies. We gained our corporate governance, financial and business execution experience at the most prominent and successful corporations and advisory firms of Central and Eastern Europe, we know how to achieve success at international scale.
- We have strong and committed LPs enabling us to support our portfolio companies in the long-run, through several investment rounds. Our ticket size of EUR 1-10 million is a unique proposition in the CEE region, it allows regional scale-ups to pave their way towards international fundraising and success.
OUR FOCUS
- We typically invest in scale-up companies whose product/service has been validated by the market, teams on a strong growth path in need of capital of EUR 1 million or more;
- We lead and actively participate in private equity transactions as well, be it buyout or venture creation deals;
- Mobility, energy and sustainability as well as b2b services and software are our focus industries, however, we are open to support teams active in other areas as well;
- We are excited to work with other VC and PE firms, creating synergistic relationships for the benefit of our portfolio companies;
- While the focus of our interest is Central Europe we have the opportunity to invest all around Europe;
- Most important of all we are searching for high-performance teams of outstanding professionals, committed to realize their goals and consider their investors as active partners for growth.
