When we investPre-seed: It’s never too early for us to meet a founding team. We often invest before you have the product or revenue figured out. But we believe that the earlier we join, the farther we can take a company on its mission. Seed: We are an early-stage fund with an interest in all industries and sectors across Europe. If your idea seeks to solve the more challenging issues or brings light to emerging ideas, we’d love to hear from you. Our initial investments range between €300k and €3m. Support: A startup’s success isn’t just defined during funding rounds. Once you’ve hit the ground running and it’s time to build a strong team, our specialists and network experts are by your side to help on the most crucial tech and executive hires, strategic decisions, communications questions, and more. We are an active venture capital group with a current emphasis on pre-seed, seed, and series A startups. We’re flexible and on occasion, have also invested in late stage and cross over rounds. While Arc is geographically agnostic, to date most of our investments have been based in Israel, Europe and the US (outside of Silicon Valley). Many of our portfolio companies have benefitted from our assistance on strategy, tactics, business development, and even distressed situations.

The importance of who you select as your funding partners is one of many critical decisions a founder will make. We know it is entrepreneurial ambition that drives value, not venture capitalists, which is why we appreciate the importance of funder and founder alignment. Our investment is a partnership; we work alongside you to extend your team’s capacity by adding tangible value where we can. Sometimes that’s getting in the trenches and other times it’s having the humility to step back. HOW WE INVEST We don’t waste founders' time. We believe being founder friendly means acting with conviction. In or out, we’ll tell you. We run a strict four week investment process with stage gates at the end of each week. REVENUE GENERATING: Near term or in revenue businesses that have low burn rates and are focused on building a solid cash-flow business STAYING POWER: We look for companies that have a durable competitive advantage - we shy away from the proverbial “land grab” as the only source of differentiation FOUNDER FIRST: We look for “storm chasers” who can solve hard problems with the least amount of work BUSINESSES WE UNDERSTAND: We invest in companies where we can add tangible value; identifying logical partners, talent acquisition, scaling/growth pain points WHAT WE DOSTAGE: Pre-Seed through A CHEQUE SIZE: $500k - $5M GEO: Canada, Globally (specific verticals) SECTOR: Agnostic BOARD: Preferred, but not mandatory LEAD: We lead the majority of our rounds FUND PERFORMANCE We release our fund performance to help founders determine if we are the best partner for their company.
