Kalonia Venture Partners is an early-stage venture capital investor focused on B2B fintech companies in Latin America, including ventures based elsewhere that plan to expand into the region. The firm was founded in 2019 and backs founders at the early stage, drawing on more than two decades of operating experience in banking software through Latinia, a banking software company developed and sold across Latin America. Before forming the firm, its principals began investing as limited partners in regional funds in 2017.

The firm's first fund operates on an evergreen model, in which proceeds from investments are partly reinvested. The structure is intended to support long-term partnerships with entrepreneurs rather than a fixed fund lifecycle.
