We are an India-based venture capital firm backing growth-stage and early-growth companies, particularly B2B and B2B2C businesses with digital platforms that can scale globally. We favour asset-light, technology-enabled models with recurring revenue and a well-defined offering, and we do not invest in pre-revenue or idea-stage companies. Our investment interests include finance, supply chain and logistics, clean and green businesses, and health and wellness.

We aim to contribute more than capital. Before investing, we consider where our team can bring practical strategic support, including sales, finance and compliance, technology, partnerships, and strategy. We also work with portfolio companies on follow-on fundraising, partnership development, strategic alignment, mergers and acquisitions, and exit planning. Our funds are managed from offices in Bengaluru and GIFT City, India.
