Invictus Growth Partners has more than doubled its AUM in the past year and we are looking for Investment Associates to help us press the advantage. With over $1.3B in AUM, we are actively deploying $30M–$100M+ equity checks into bootstrapped and capital-efficient cloud software, cybersecurity, and fintech companies. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with meaningful responsibility from day one, direct access to senior leadership, equity participation, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Source and cultivate relationships with founder-led software, cybersecurity, and fintech companies; manage deal flow and develop proprietary sourcing channels

  • Develop and maintain investment theses and market maps across the firm's core verticals

  • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis; conduct comprehensive due diligence

  • Prepare investment memoranda and support Investment Committee review

  • Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, board preparation, and operational improvements

  • Contribute to LP communications, investor relations, and firm-wide initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, management consulting, or a high-growth technology role

  • Strong financial modeling skills including SaaS metrics and valuation methodologies

  • Deep intellectual curiosity about software business models and emerging technology trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complexity for IC and LP audiences

  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Familiarity with AI-powered research and productivity tools; existing ecosystem network a plus

  • Bachelor's degree required
