Startup Program coordinator

Your Role
As a Startup Program Coordinator intern in a team of 3 people, you will be working closely with Tom and Alberto on 3 main challenges :
🧩 #1 Ensure startup and mentors satisfaction by running smooth operations & delivering real value through the program (50%)
Onboard new startup coming in the program (kick-off decks, communication channels with founders, CRM updates)
Follow up with mentors and startups (monitor mentoring sessions and collect KPIs)
Support learning modules implemented for our start-ups (Workshop logistic, new learning product development)
Participate to mentor community growth (meet potential mentors, promote the program, onboard them)
Source and negotiate new perks and deals for our startup community (e.g. SaaS tools)
🦄 #2 Support the launch of new initiatives & contribute to Accelerator strategy (30%)
As Inovexus scales, we’re structuring and testing new ideas, learning modules and growth plans; we’d love you to get involved to help shape, launch, and measure their impact.
🧑🤝🧑 #3 Engage the Founders community by running community operations and boosting their visibility (20%)
Help organize community events like monthly or quarterly tradition and an annual meetup
Promote startups across our channels with structured communication actions
Who You Are
🎓 Education’s field: Business/Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Finance, Political Sciences.

💼 Experience:
Prior exposure to the startup ecosystem (Accelerator, Incubator, startups, VC)
Project management, or client-facing experience (sales, partnerships, operations) is a strong plus
One or multiples international working / studying experiences is required
You are comfortable with tools such as CRMs, Notion, Trello, Canva and Slides/Sheets
🗣 Mandatory language: English (Full professional level). French is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with various high level profiles (business angels, Founders, service providers..)
Strong interest in learning and growing within the startup ecosystem
