Innovestor

Innovestor is a Finnish investment manager founded in 2014 and headquartered in Helsinki. The firm operates across three asset classes - venture capital, commercial real estate and energy storage - and reports approximately €400 million in capital commitments, spread over more than 100 portfolio companies and assets. Its team comprises 30 professionals.

Within venture capital, Innovestor backs early-stage technology companies as well as life science and health technology ventures, including businesses addressing sustainability and the green transition. Portfolio activity in 2025 illustrates the firm's approach to follow-on support: 74 investments were completed during the year, of which 23 were initial investments and 51 follow-on rounds, alongside four portfolio exits. A separate real estate strategy concentrates on cash-flow-generating, energy-efficient commercial properties, while energy storage investments cover battery systems and solar solutions.

Beyond fund management, the firm provides corporate venturing services that connect entrepreneurs, investors and corporate partners through investments, advisory work and startup partnerships.
