We’re a DeFi venture studio and ecosystem venture engine. We work with founders, builders, investors, institutions, and ecosystem partners to design, validate, and launch protocols intended to solve real needs and keep serving users beyond an initial hype cycle. Our work starts by identifying missing infrastructure or ecosystem needs, then shaping ventures with clear adoption and integration paths and assembling the right execution teams.

We support selected teams with hands-on help across product, go-to-market, fundraising, and scaling, and provide a wider builder community through The Nest. For partners, we offer a modular venture creation engine that can include builder discovery, accelerator programs, capital and incentive program design, and venture studio services. We focus on sustainable liquidity, real utility, integrations, and accountable progress. Our portfolio includes projects working across areas such as stablecoins, tokenized assets, liquidity, credit, and DeFi infrastructure.
