- Entity management and corporate governance support
- Compliance program administration
- Equity plan coordination and stock option tracking
- Section 16 filing support
- Build custom automated workflows to enhance departmental efficiency using AI
- Daily AI tool usage to accelerate legal and compliance work
Requirements
- 5+ years legal support experience (legal secretary, paralegal, or executive assistant)
- Meticulous accuracy with regulatory filings and deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Office and document management proficiency
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI technology with demonstrated workflow-building experience
- Background in regulated financial services environments preferred
