The Role
You'll work directly with me to architect the systems, networks, and platform that transform how we support portfolio companies at scale. This includes:
Building and activating our founder and investor networks
Owning LP communications and events
Turning our learnings into sharp content
Designing the internal systems that let us support founders at scale
Matchmaking portfolio companies with corporate partners who accelerate their growth
What We're Looking For
5-7 years of experience; at least two as Chief of Staff, strategic ops, or similar roles—ideally with VC, PE, or high-growth startup exposure
Systems thinker and builder who spots gaps and builds scalable solutions
Exceptional storyteller with strong marketing sensibilities
Based in San Francisco, in-office 3 days/week
Available for occasional travel
