When we started in 2008, there was a big gap at the seed stage in Ontario.
Many firms tried Seed investing, but not many stayed. Some moved to later stages, others shifted focus on companies south of the border. Our experience and commitment has made us experts at investing at seed, and working with Founders to set the trajectory for scale.

- Sector: Primarily B2B software, fintech, digital health, proptech, and hardware. Regardless of sector, we focus on capital efficient businesses.
- Stage: Early stage - typically we look for a product built and with early customer traction.
- Geography: We work with companies that are primarily in Canada.
