Fund+

Fund+ is an open-ended equity investment fund focused on Belgium, investing in innovative life sciences companies across Europe. It backs advanced-stage businesses with experienced management teams and solid business plans, primarily in therapeutics, while also considering diagnostics and medical devices. Its open-ended structure supports a long-term investment horizon, with an emphasis on sustainable shareholder value creation and patient-centred approaches addressing unmet medical needs.

Investments range from EUR 5 million to EUR 15 million per project. Fund+ takes a significant minority stake, aiming to hold more than 10% of a portfolio company, and assumes a constructive role as a board member. Alongside capital, it provides access to an international scientific, academic and financial network.

Societal impact is assessed using a proprietary SRI scorecard, reflecting the fund's stated objective of combining tangible impact with an ambition to hold a leadership position in life sciences. Sectors of interest span therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices and the broader healthcare field.
