About the Role
As a Venture Builder, you'll specialize in developing early-stage concepts into venture-ready enterprises. You'll collaborate extensively with founders on strategic direction, problem validation, MVP creation, and achieving initial product-market fit. This position demands hands-on engagement with high autonomy across product, design, growth, and technical domains, requiring rapid execution and strategic focus on maximum impact at each venture phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete early-stage development cycle
- Expedite product deployment to users through lean methodologies
- Define customer experience and product direction while reconciling user needs with commercial constraints
- Maintain close founder partnerships to refine strategy and maintain momentum
- Facilitate venture progression through evaluation gates
- Monitor market trends and user patterns
- Communicate progress and recommendations consistently
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated success building 0-to-1 products across multiple disciplines
- Commitment to rapid, experimental approaches prioritizing velocity and learning over polish
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while knowing when specialist input is needed
- Robust technical foundation for constructing no-code/low-code implementations and prototypes
- Commercial acumen regarding buyer profiles and value positioning
- Founder relationship management capabilities
