Founders Bay operates an equity-free startup accelerator program. We're hiring an intern to help build the dealflow engine for a real accelerator, with emphasis on discovering startups in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Startup Scouting: Aktive Recherche über LinkedIn, lokale Netzwerke, Hochschulen — identifying suitable startups per program criteria
- Outreach & Relations: Initial contact, qualification calls, and community relationship building
- Dealflow Management: Bewertung und Vorqualifikation eingehender Bewerbungen nach klaren Kriterien using CRM tools
- Automation: Building AI-powered workflows using tools like Make, n8n, or Clay
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student or prior experience in growth startups / strategy consulting
- Strong communication skills and comfort with cold outreach
- Self-directed, results-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Claude, Perplexity, Make / n8n, Notion, Slack
- Interest in impact themes and rural innovation preferred
