FoodLabs is hiring a Visiting Analyst for Consumer Investments in Berlin. FoodLabs invests across the food value chain and backs pre-seed and seed companies.
Responsibilities
- Track food and beverage consumer trends and emerging startups.
- Produce market intelligence to inform investment decisions.
- Support deal sourcing and investment assessment from initial screening through detailed analysis.
- Work with portfolio companies on performance monitoring and strategic priorities.
- Represent FoodLabs at consumer events and conferences.
Profile
- Passion for consumer trends and food-system business models.
- University degree or current enrollment in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, banking, or startups.
- Curiosity about AI tools and automation.
- Strong English; another European language is a plus.
