We work closely with founders as an embedded partner, helping them set priorities, make informed decisions and tackle the real challenges that come with scaling.

Alongside investment, our team provides expertise in areas including marketing, data and analytics, financial reporting, hiring, fulfilment and strategic planning. We also offer growth partnerships for businesses seeking hands-on support without investment. Based in Wilmslow, we work with UK founders and aim to provide tailored, long-term support rather than a one-size-fits-all service. Our approach is collaborative: we become an extension of the businesses we back and help founders build sustainable growth.
