EUREKA! Venture

EUREKA! Venture is an independent venture capital asset manager founded in 2019 and based in Italy, investing across Italy and Europe in deep tech, science-based and digital technology companies. Its stated purpose is to bridge the gap between scientific research and practical application, an approach that draws on expertise spanning scientific research, technology transfer and venture capital. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles are integrated into its investment activity.

The firm operates three distinct strategies. Eureka! Fund I targets proof-of-concept, seed and early-stage spin-offs and startups emerging from Italian universities and research centres, with emphasis on proprietary technologies and intellectual property. BlackSheep Fund invests in European technology companies applying data and automation to marketing. ETA Fund is focused on search funds and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) - the acquisition and operation of an existing company by a trained entrepreneur.
